Orthphoto.net is an online community of amateur and professional photographers who wish to share and exhibit photographs presenting the Orthodox Christian Faith as experienced throughout the world. Through this medium we hope to bring the Orthodox Christian world closer together in their understanding and experience.
We are especially delighted about the diversity of Orthodoxy presented on OrthPhoto. Photographs published here come from over 60 countries.
Sources are spread from England to China, from South Korea to Kenya.
Most pictures originate from countries in which users play an active role in promoting the site.
Our little editorial team is working 100% on voluntary basis without any financial support. We belong to OrthNet initiative which is also owner of orthodox internet service cerkiew.pl and we are located on servers which are paid by this site. We want to thank for www.cerkiew.pl team very much for their support.
Our growing popularity is a reason to think about finding ways of self financing which also could allow us to do more for our users and for promotion of orthodox faith. If you have some suggestions or want to help us in developing new ways of existing OrthPhoto (like international workshop, international exhibitions, books, orthphoto t-shirts, etc ) please write us.

Orthophoto este o comunitate de fotografi amatori şi profesionişti din întreaga lume, dornici să împărtăşească şi să arate credinţa lor ortodoxă aşa cum o trăiesc. Prin intermediul acestui site sperăm să aducem împreună lumea ortodoxă mai aproape, pentru o mai bună înţelegere şi cunoaştere.
Suntem foarte încântaţi de diversitatea în Ortodoxie aşa cum este prezentată în Orthphoto. Fotografiile publicate aici provin din peste 60 de ţări, din Anglia până la China şi din Coreea de Sud până la Kenya. Majoritatea fotografiile provin din ţări în care utilizatorii se implică în mod activ în promovarea site-ului.
Mica echipa editorială Orthphoto lucrează 100% în mod voluntar fără nici un spijin financiar. Orthphoto aparţine iniţiativei OrthNet, care este şi proprietarul site-ului ortodox www.cerkiew.pl, şi se află pe servere care sunt plătite de acest site. Vrem astfel să mulţumim echpei cerkiew.pl pentru sprijinul acordat.
Popularitatea în creştere a Orthphoto reprezintă un motiv pentru a ne gândi la găsirea unor surse de autofinanţare, fapt ce ne-ar permite să facem mai multe pentru utilizatorii noştri şi pentru promovarea crediţei ortodoxe. Dacă aveţi sugestii sau vreţi să ne ajutaţi în găsirea de noi mijloace de creştere şi promovare pentru Orthphoto (expoziţii şi seminarii internaţionale, cărţi, tricouri orthphoto, etc.), nu întârziaţi să ne scrieţi.
Suntem foarte bucuroşi să ştim că utilizatorii noştri au propriile lor iniţiative cum ar fi întâlniri orthphoto sau expoziţii. Este un mare succes al site-ului şi noi vrem să sprijinim astel de iniţiative.

Suntem cu adevărat determinaţi să facem din Orthphoto un forum internaţional despre Ortodoxie şi fotografie. Până acum am lansat Orthphoto în 9 limbi diferite şi am vrea să creştem acest număr (dacă doriţi să ne ajutaţi la crearea unei noi versiuni Orthphoto intr-o nouă limbă vă rugăm să ne contactaţi).
